You bought a rig or accessory for it, then realize that it needs improvement. Maybe it just needs customization. We're here to help with our boutique print farm in the United States on the East Coast. Depending on the plastic job, we manufacture using either 50% or 100% infill.

 

Rugged Ridge® AmFib Snorkel Reinforcement Kit:

• Four (4) reinforcement brackets for your air intake ducts
• Eight (8) aluminum, tri-fold pop rivets
• For installation, you will need a hand riveter (i.e. pop rivet tool) with a 3/16" (4.8mm) nosepiece. You will also need a 3/16" drill bit. 
• Install our reinforcement kit before you install your snorkel kit.
• Allign our reinforcement kit inside the snorkel duct and drill through both the Rugged Ridge® duct and our kit. 
• When you use the rivet tool, closely watch the tri-fold rivet to ensure that it is expanding on the internal side of our bracket. The expanded tri-fold rivet will function like a nut to securely hold the rivet in place. Please refer to our product pictures for the placement and installation of rivets. 
• Please note that we have found there are variations in the size of the duct openings as manufactured by Rugged Ridge®. Once riveted into place, our reinforcement brackets will not move even if there is a slight discrepency in size.

Black Aluminum, Rear Seat Recline Kit:

• CNC machined from 6061 solid billet aircraft aluminum (not plastic); Painted Flat Black Finish
• Recline your rear seat for a more comfortable ride for you and your passengers.
• NEW DESIGN! Compatible with Jeep Wrangler JKU and JL 4-Door model years 2007-2020+ (Does NOT fit 4xe models)
• Includes four high grade bolts and washers for installation; Plus extra Bolts; Easy installation, NO special tools required.
• Grade 10.9 bolts. 
• Easy installation requires no special tools: 19mm Socket, 18mm Socket, and Socket Ratchet. However a breaker bar or impact gun will make installation easier and is recommended though not necessary. Instructions are included. Spacers install under rear seat brackets; (4) in front of seat, and (3) in back of seat. Set includes seven (7) matching high grade bolts and washers for installation of front and rear brackets. Does not affect the ability of seats to fold down.

• Plastic: The listing will identify the material used, whether black unsanded ABS or PLA+ plastic.
  • Note: ABS tends to be stronger than PLA+ in hot conditions, but PLA+ has reported advantages in colder conditions.
